Intensive Hand and Arm Treatment
We rely on our hands constantly throughout the day and yet they are often one of the most neglected parts of the body. Harsh treatment means hands, not the face, tend to show the first signs of aging and as we get older many of us suffer wrist and joint pain.
The treatment begins with a gentle cleansing of the hands. The next stage is to perform a gentle exfoliation of the hands and lower arm to remove dead skin cells in preparation for the third stage of this intensive hand therapy. A paraffin wax mask, which is performed immersing the hands in a paraffin wax bath.
The thermal treatment has many benefits not least of which are; it allows the skin to excrete impurities, it softens and refines the skin texture, it improves skin tone and colour and, most importantly it gives relief from aches and pains caused by a variety of conditions.
The final part of the treatment is a soothing hand and arm massage using a blend of essential oils.
