Lifestyle MOT

There are many different options available for those who want to try Personal Training, but don’t know what to expect.  I do not train clients in a gym environment, but for those who do train regularly in a gym, the Pay As You Go option is ideal for you.

I train clients in their home environment, where you will feel most comfortable.  In the main, it is a one-to-one workout, but small groups with similar fitness requirements can be catered for.  I provide the equipment for the workout, and I go through each exercise with you to ensure that you get the benefits of an effective workout.  The options that you can select from are listed below.  Once you have decided, get in touch to arrange a consultation, and your new, improved lifestyle can begin to take shape.

Pay As You Go….
You go to the gym regularly.  You want a workout that’s a little more challenging for you.  You feel that you are pretty self-motivated.

You NEED our Pay As You Go programme – designed specifically for the regular gym user, it allows you to keep tabs on your progress with a regular fitness test and a programme tailored to your needs and aims that gets updated after each progress report to allow you to continue your achievements.

Pay As You Go works best on a 6-weekly or 8-weekly cycle, and is best for those who look at long-term gains from their training.

 
Platinum Standard
The Platinum Standard is for those who are serious about their fitness levels – especially those training for an event and requiring extra one-to-one guidance on all areas – fitness, nutrition and wellbeing.  The Platinum Standard requires commitment over 3 or 4 sessions per week, with a Lifestyle MOT and nutritional consultation added into the package to ensure the best results from your sessions.

Diamond Standard
The Diamond Carat is for those who already have a basic level of fitness and who have their own goals and aims with regards to their fitness levels, and want help and guidance in achieving these.  Diamond Standard requires commitment over 2 sessions per week, with a Lifestyle MOT included to ensure regular progress is being charted.

Gold Standard
Gold Class is an ideal way for those looking to get fitter to raise their sights and go for Gold.  Just starting out on the fitness trail?  Gold class is for you – one session per week to get you started, showing you the right and wrongs of fitness technique and enabling you to improve your well-being at a pace that is right for you.  A Lifestyle MOT will allow us to look at your goals together, and ensure that you meet them – head on! 

With those who have not exercised for a while, or are getting back into fitness after a long lay-off, a medical check up may be advised.
