Nutritional Advice
Nutrition advice is given in consultation form. The initial session lasts 1 hour and will cover the client’s dietary intake, lifestyle factors and any specific concerns the client may have. The client on a daily basis then completes a dietary ‘diary’ over a 1 – 2 week period, which will be returned to the therapist who will then evaluate and provide support and advice for the client at a follow up appointment. Written advice and information is made available for the client to take away.
Nutrition advice can be valuable in helping to support any life changes, detox programs, fitness aims and stress management. It can also help the client make positive steps in improving their well being, particularly after ill health.
This advice is not intended to replace specific dietary advice from a G.P or Health Professional. If you are on long-term medication or have a specific medical condition you are advised to seek your G.P’s advice prior to any dietary changes
