Personal Fitness Training can be booked through Natural Balance. Get fit away from the Gym. Home Personal Training allows you to get fitter in the comfort of your own home. A Fitness & Lifestyle Consultation enables you to set the goals that you wish to achieve, with an individual workout geared towards these specific targets.
All fitness requirements are considered, from Nutrition and Weight Loss, to specific sports fitness for those with a sport or an event in mind.
Training sessions take place on a one-to-one basis, although small group sessions can be arranged if required.
All equipment is provided, right to your home, all you need to bring is yourself!
For those that do go regularly to the gym, individual, 6-weekly programmes can be designed to help you get the most from your training.
