Holistic therapies – this means treating the person as a whole – physically, spiritually and mentally supporting your well being as you deal with the every day stresses and strains of everyday life.

Pat Nock the proprietor and Director of Therapies started the practice nearly 6 years ago. Her vision was to ensure that when a person needed treatment to aid with the stresses of life or just wanted a pamper they would come to the practice and feel enveloped in the tranquility, leaving having found the treatment they needed be it Reiki, Stone therapy, massage, facials, counseling, hypnotherapy to name a few of over 50 treatments offered, holistis and beauty by and for both men and women.

Michelle Emery; Pat's daughter, offered much support and with that came the expansion of the business and a partnership that has been running for over 6 years as Michelle became a partner and Director of Operations and Marketing. This has enabled Pat to concentrate on therapies and the ever-changing techniques and Michelle to consider the business side of the venture supporting self employed therapists and the growth of their business allowing Natural Balance to welcome more and more clients.

We both extend a warm welcome to anyone who wishes to restore the balance in their lives, or someone else’s by way of a gift voucher, or who wants to take time out for himself or herself in this ever busy world in which we strive to stay stress free.
