Booking process – bookings made by telephone or by email are subject to the following:
Halesowen News Vouchers – Are only accepted on treatments £20 or more and not in conjunction with any other offers.
Cancellation policy – Any bookings that need to be cancelled or rescheduled for another date must be done so at least 24 hours prior to the original booking. A cancellation or late change payment will be expected to the value of 100% of the treatment cost.
Medication – If you are currently taking medication it is recommended that you advise upon booking in order to ensure the treatment is suitable, if there is doubt we may request written permission from your G.P. as a precautionary measure.
Vouchers – Vouchers are valid for 6 months, after this the use of them will be denied, please do not request the voucher be used as this can cause embarrassment. Upon booking signify that you wish to use a voucher so that it’s validity can be assured.
Payment – must be made by cash or cheque and payment prior to the treatment can be requested, unfortunately Visa is only possible on certain treatments and is not preferred at present.
Consultation – A free consultation will precede each initial treatment to ascertain the suitability of the treatment as above certain health conditions could result in permission being sought from your G.P. before a treatment can commence. This would only be done with your permission and would be in the interest of your well-being.
Therapists – All therapists are self employed and whilst covered under the Natural Balance liability Insurance they are also covered by their individual governing bodies with full insurance. Should you wish to check this at any time please ask and you will be shown the certificates on display.
Refusal – All therapists reserve the right to refuse to conduct a treatment
